There should be exclusive outlets / malls for electric / lectronic gadgets like mobiles , computers, TV etc , where anyone can sell or donate their old E -gadgets and after refurbishing / repairing , it may be re sold / gifted to persons or families , who need it. In this way, it will minimise the waste and can be in use , before recycle or dumping.

1.The product which is selling by the company
should contain first line repairing solution video and manual on its official website so customer can easily repair out the product and motivate to reuse it.
2. Those who think to repair the product they sometimes didn't get original parts. so repairing parts should directly available on official website or trustworthy sites. where customers can believe on life of product.
3. Awareness also place an important role. so for that all details like - repair website link , Its reusable product, return policy. these type of things should be embedded or write on product.

E Manufacturing companies should take back used E Waste. Government on its part can bring a legislation in reducing E waste. Dedicated E Waste parks across every district of India is one of the solution for collect E garbage, recycle, reuse.
Citizens following rules and laws for E waste should be considered giving rebate in Income Tax and incentives.
One more solution is to have awards for Best E Waste Organization, E Waste Personality on yearly basis.

Sir, circular economy in e-waste sounds good but executing it in practical ways needs many factors proper managing cum handling with due diligence. like indian democracy it should be a top to down model as first priority is policy makers then manufacturers then commercial distributors/dealers then consumers/customers who is basically indifferent as he pays all linear economy costs then there is no further actions only satisfaction of ownership. So the chain to be made circular as my govt intends so. By analysing critically then synthesising practically we can overcome such enormous e-waste. The missing point is making things reversible by the same process so that we can yield the desired outcome. Defunct e-waste fm consumers to dealers/waste collectors then to recycling industries but during this intermittent period attention must be paid for no leakage of privacy fm defunct e-waste by mala fide people'. Till our awareness grows about the ill effects of e-wastes, why not create an exchange policy with incentive scheme so that the e-wastes could be properly managed for recyclying / reusage? Also minimal tolerance should be practiced for littering e-waste.

I have said before value of scrap decides the course for recycling. Some of the items may need research for reuse. Most of the metals get recycled. The present generation scrap is more of plastics. Glass is inert rubber and cheaper plastics either incineration depending on heat value with all environm ental care. Or any other application Every electrical or electronic gadgets comes with styrofoam packing is voluminous with low weight. Can it be recycled again for packing purpose. As its spread out generally outskirts of towns. Once it's out of a house it has to find a definite course.Similarly govt offices there's lots of electrical & electronic waste stored or spread out has to be on a fast disposal mechanism for both state & central. You can see old govt vehicles to be disposed off waiting for clearance for years.

Our present EEE Domestic scrap generation is refrigerators, washing machines ,mixies, micro ovens,water pumps,wet grinders geysers,voltage stabilizers, cieling fans,air conditioners,light fittings,used PCs, keyboards,monitors,TVs, batteries etc. Normally these scraps are stripped in cities, towns, villages based on value by scrap dealers. This type of material moves to outskirts for stripping.low value items like glass,rubber, plastics,foam, oils get dumped or burnt.These quantities are large there is no proper guidelines.These become a heap as time passes as money is involved to transport, place to redump as land fill again depends on whether permitted or not. Sir, we r tasked with circular e-waste but manufacturers want lenear waste bcz once items sold means no refund of money as the manufacturing commerce states. So world is becoming junky yard for dis functional equipments & materials, & its very late now to make these wastes fruitful. Earlier we have enough resources to meet & now positioning the limitation of resources. so better every thing must be circular/cyclic and it should be made aware to each & every one. govt must encourage citizens on this regard so that we can save this planet a little for unwanted mining. Development & industrialisation do not think sensibly they just go for production & profit, nothing else matters. tks this kind of development going on since industries take the place manual skilled workers tasks. Now rampant consumption & consumerism with arrogance of me first has created linear economy/wastes so long lasting ones r not having place for manufacturers. so govt must come with clear guide line in this regard.
